Based on its outstanding R&D resources, Pai Lung Implemented the following design on "Knitel" series:

  • Vibration-absorbed system on machine base.

  • "Mechanica" Software designed all new frame structure without components mutual interference.

  • Up-to-date cylinder base for complete separation of waste needle oil and main gear oil.

  • An O-ring design at the housing groove to prevent oil leakage in operation.

  • New bearing housing groove system particularly suitable for Pai Lung's Jumbo 45" high leg heavy loading take-up system.

  • Removable cover on electrical control box for facilitates maintenance.

  • Oil-immersion type gear box for high speed yarn feeder transmission.

  • Precision of the frame base and the transmission mechanism to minimize fabric barrie affection.

  • Integrated sinker cam & cam box to provide a higher precision.

  • Gear type of scale screw further enhances precision in adjustment.

  • Up-to-date blower design and rotating nozzles enhance dust removal effect with declined cylinder cam box design to minimize accumulation of cotton lint.

  • High motor power and brake unit assure satisfactory high speed operation.

  • In comparison with other machines, "Knitel" series provide a higher performance unit rate (production capacity/needle consumption).

  • High standard on cam surface production for minimum knitting parts worn out.

  • Single jersey inclining sinker can minimize needle travel and increase needle speed effectively.
