The X Series was
designed using "state of the art" 3-D design
tools. From the general layout to detailed design
of each component or part, computer simulation was
conducted to insure the perfect operation of the
machine before the components and parts were put
into production. Such a design process has
eliminated the defects of a 2-D design and manual
review of the design plan.
Ergonomic engineering was emphasized in the
development of X Series. In both the appearance
and operation, our clients suggestions were
integrated into the design concept. A LCD touch
screen control panel is used to display the
operating status, and instructions for
troubleshooting.
In this network era, an Rs-485 is standard as a
communication interface. By installation of
optional software and a number of different
sensors, remote monitoring can be used to manage
and monitor fabric production. This is a
breakthrough in knitting machine management.
The integrated control panel electronic
intelligence system combines an LCD screen with
one-touch technology to display the machine status
and control the machine. The LCD touch screen
control panel is designed to allow user-friendly
operation. in addition to a choice between English
and Chinese, a third language can be provided for
the convenience of operators throughout the world.
Instructions for troubleshooting are displayed to
help solve problems effectively and efficiently.
