" Knitel®" - The
innovated "woven-like" fabric, produced by Pai
Lung's PL-XSCJ3/FP-AP float plating jacquard
machine, which is operated by 1~3 miss stitches to
make various float loop length, and each plating
loop has two yarns, it is easy to produce up to 5
color maximum jacquard color in pattern design.
This type of fabric can create firmer and tighter
effect, effectively reduces the elasticity of the
fabric. It is similar to the woven fabrics knitted
with certain yarns. Knittel can be used in the
automotive textiles, especially in car interior
materials like car ceiling, pillars, headrest, and
seat cover, fine gauge fabric knitted with
microfiber can be used in apparels.
Another fabric which can be produced by this
machine is the "pattern plating". With one feeder
yarn is set as the fabric backside, other two
feeder yarns perform plating jacquard stitch in
the technical face to create firmer structure.
The other one fabric type is the "Intersia
plating". By miss stitch function, It makes clear
block or jigsaw of type pattern. The fabric has
the better performance than general Intersia
pattern because of plating effect in various yarn
connections.
"Knitel®" - the woven like fabric, can supply
variety of demand purposes in market. Yarn
application in XSCJ3/FP-AP includes cotton, nylon,
polyester, wool, and acrylic yarns. The fabric
character in abrasion of resistance, brushing
strength, and elasticity are better than normal
woven fabrics. It is very suitable in automotive
upholstery, seat cover, curtains, and even apparel
etc. Compared to woven machines, PL-XSCJ3/FP-AP
has more benefits in quick response, easy pattern
design, and less yarn processes in advance
preparation, which can satisfy both personal style
demand and mass production request in market.
PL-XSCJ3/FP-AP full computer jacquard control mode
adapts to Piezo needle selecting system. Within
the capacity of memory, machine can produce
unlimited pattern. The designed pattern file in
floppy disc can be converted by the control system
to operate the needle selecting action. Pattern
mechanism is composed of needle, middle jack, and
pattern jack.
1.0MB memory in controller capacity and is able to
extend to 5.0MB.
Precise encoder is able to calculate the needle
position and zero point. Also there is one sensor
for supplement of correction of zero point to
execute needle selection. Controller can check the
encoder and judge the signal from encoder to
overlook the stability of system.
The auto striper system in PL-XSCJ3/FP-AP is the 3
color auto striper module. Each auto striper unit,
which is fixed on the upper striper dial, has
individual 3 striping finger sets, cutters, and
trappers for yarn feeding and exchange. When
controller runs the striper program, one piezo
actuator can accurately operates the selecting
processes in passing through each auto striper
unit without any loss. |
