PL-XR2B is a
rib/interlock dual function circular knitting
machine. Two tracks are in dial and four tracks
are in the cylinder. Rib gauge range is 10G~22G,
and interlock gauge range is 16G~28G or finer as
request.
PL-XR2B is able to produce basic rib structure
such as 1x1, 2x2 rib, and elastic rib fabrics.
Added synchronized and delayed timing knit cams,
tuck and miss cams are equipped with each machine.
With the variety of cams change, the application
includes lay-in uneven striper, bubble wrinkles,
single pique, interlock, double pique, Miland rib,
Thermal rib, Honey cone, Half Cardigan, and full
Cardigan, etc.
PL-XR is the 1+1 track rib model for excellent
elastic character rib.
PL-XRA is the 2+2 track rib model with the ability
of 1+1 and 2+2 rib. (PL-FRA 7~12" is 1+1 track
model).
PL-XRDA is 2+2 dual function machine for rib and
interlock fabric with extra supply of synchronized
and delayed timing cams.
Coarse yarn like wool or fashion yarn is suitable
for knitting by coarse gauge model PL-XR1.5B.
PL-XR2B/SR is the rib/interlock machine with
sinker ring design model for more complex and
seasonal demand fabrics.
PL-XRA, XRDA, XR2B and XR2B/SR models above 26"
diameter are equipped with individual raising &
stitching cams per feeder in dial. |
