PL-XRTCJ-AP, PL-XRNCJ-AP
and PL-XRTCJ/DJ-AP series design, adopts swing
cams system on the dial including knit, tuck miss
and blister function (Blister supply depends on
machine type). It is easier for operator to change
pattern from outside cam boxes.
The three technical ways of the ceramic system are
equipped in the cylinder needle selecting
arrangement. Within enough capacity of memory,
machine can produce unlimited pattern. The
designed file in floppy disc can be converted by
the control system to operate the needle selecting
action. 1.0MB memory in controller capacity and is
able to extend to 5.0MB.
PL-XRTCJ-AP rib-mesh transferred electronic
jacquard knitting machine uses the three-feeder
per unit system design. Needle types include dial
needles, clippers, middle jacks, and pattern jack.
This machine can produce Rib-Mesh full jacquard,
plain rib structure with mesh jacquard, and
Lycra-plating in single knit or double knit like
fabric to form wrinkle performance.
PL-XRTCJ-AP eyelet electronic jacquard knitting
has the knitting system of five-feeder per unit.
Needles in the machine are dial needles, perelines,
cylinder needles, middle jacks, and jacquard
jacks. Single knit and double knit like full
jacquard fabrics with various size eyelets are
able to be produced in accordance with design
request.
PL-XRTCJ.DJ-AP rib-mesh and eyelet full jacquard
knitting machine not only has above two machines
ability, but also full feeders in double knit
jacquard function. Each model is easy to be
converted to another model for market quick change
demand.
