Flat Knitting Machines

After successfully launching our first computerized flat knitting collar machine, PLF-KC2, Pai Lung has continued its innovation in flat knitting technology which made the powerful PLF-KSI32 into reality.PLF-KSI32 is a new generation offull functional computerized flat knitting machine. This machine is not only able to perform basic functions such as computer jacquard, transfer, tuck, and fully fashion, but also capable to emplo/ automatic setup, yam cut and grip as well as presser functions.

In response to customer's increase of labor cost, Pai Lung also applied the concept of ergonomics into product design which simplifies the complex control system, makes PLF-KS 132 a user friendly product, and helps user to learn and operate PLF-KS 13~ in 1 timely manner even for a beginner. As a result, PLF-KS 132 can engage in production and cre&te profit for its owner in a very short period of time.

Knitting System

lntensive design of carriage prevents distortion on knitting area when the machine runs in a high speed.
The single carriage with two knitting systems increase productive when the two knitting systems work at the same time. Also when the machine works in transfer. the Iwo knitting systems allow transfer from front to back, or from back to front simultaneously. regardless of carriage direction.
.Precise cams and jacks are made by alloy steel according with international standards. The precise cams .~nd jacks are processed by CNC machines 10 enwre Iheir quality and abrasion resistance.
Full-jacquard solenoid selection made in Germany to guarantee stable performance.

Needle Bed

Replaceable segment needle bed is made to reach high precision and accurate gauge. Needle plate and needle bed are made by carbon tool steel according with international standards to enhance their durability.

Takedown Combs With Special Setup Needles

Special set-up needles are equipped to ensure setup functioning accurately and avoid unhooking. Special set-up needles also work with yam cutter and grippers system to enable the machine to knit one single piece of fabric individually. This functionality will decrease yarn waste between pieces and knit without processing separate yarn. It will also help to save time in knitting and finishing as well as to save cost and increase production volume

Control Interface

Equipped with a large
inches color LCD touch panelinterference.
PLF-KS 132 allows operator to view machine information clearlyand enable the operator to program knit patterns directly on the touch panel's 1024x768 high resolution environments without the operator back and forth between computer and the machine to save time.
The color LCD punch panel utilizes Human Machine Interface and employs Manufacture Wizard TM to help operators to operate the machine and shorten the learning time.
Knit pattern files can be not only stored via IISB2.0 interface. but also transmitted via 100 Base TX Full Duplex network which is also allowed the machine to be controlled from a remote place. PAl LUNCi Online Management System-POMST" is also available as an option for the machinl 10 help owners to get necessary management data to run their factory more t'fidently.

Operation Lamp: Green -Normal operation or stop. Amber - Knitting task completed. Red - Abnormal stop.
