The single jersey
striper PL-XSCS-U and the double knit striper
model PL-XDCS-U are the same frame and the striper
structure. Both models are able to be changed for
each by the conversion parts to meet different
market demand.
PL-XSCS-U single jersey striper model is the four
tracks model for variety pattern structure by
different knit, tuck, and miss cams. Machine
control can run two fingers together for two yarns
plating function.
PL-XDCS-U double jersey striper model is without
edge section cams design. It has three tracks on
dial and four tracks on the cylinder. Machine can
produce interlock and rib almost pattern.
PL-XDCS/SR-U is the double knit model with sinker
ring for both single/double stripers function.
Pai Lung' auto striper system includes the
electronic controller PAS-2001, and the mechanical
striper-selecting device. User only needs to key
in the striper program on the LCD touch panel
before operation. When controller runs the striper
program, one piezo actuator can accurately
operates the selecting processes in passing
through each auto striper unit without any loss.
Each auto striper unit has individual 4 or 6
striping finger sets, cutters, and trappers for
yarn feeding and exchange.
Striper program can be kept on the controller
memory or IC card. Maximum 100 files can be kept
on the controller. Each auto striper machine is
equipped with Un-interruptible Power Systems (UPS)
to protect the striper program from surges.
