JL-303 adopt appropriated industrial control-8051 CPU computer, Functions and characters abstract as following:

• Every single program contain different operational actions and it covered 200 rows. This software is unnecessary to translate to other computer language which is directly edited on keyboard and can show the incorrect editing programs.

• You can recompose and revise pros rams when editing, or recycle alternate composition. Editing become easy and fast. When knitting, it can contemporarily edit other programs which can save by memory I/C card. This I/C card is available for any JL-303. One card in hand. You will control the whole factory's production efficiency.

• I/C card has high processing speed, big memory size, and is hard to defile, convenient to store. It takes only one second to input information in main machine and 10 seconds to save programs. Every card has 1000 rows capacity and can restore 20 different kinds of programs. Unusable programs can be deleted, new compiled programs can be added. JL-303 is economical, convenient and expeditious.

• It can test input & output messages and show how many kinds of programs or usable memory size left in I/C card. Random Access Memory have set twelve basic programs. You need it then retrieve it.

• When knitting, the monitor and LED light show the knitting rows, cyclical location and times, quantities and stitch density. Feeder location, method and speed when abnormal stop, the monitor will show the reason for solution, such as needle broken, faults, blemishes, defective fabric collecting, wrong stitch density & wrong needle bed.

• Knitting speed is divided three level. Two levels can be micro adjusted by speed tuner on computer controlled box. Stitch density from 0 to 99 degrees, is controlled by Stepping Motor and inputted by keyboard. JL-303 will match what you need.
