Collar Knitting Machines
To extend Pai Lung's line of knitting machines, we are proud to introduce our new line of flat collar knitting machines. Our PLF-KC2 electronic collar knitting machine is equipped with a precision positioning servo motor system that allows complete control for efficient production at the high speeds. This is the first machine we will offer in our flat knitting series.In the future we will offer a wider range of compatible models with increased functions. Our team of experts strive to work closely with our customers to help create new products and innovations for our customers future.
Two separate carriages which are designed for either individual knitting or bolted together for tandem knitting. Individual carriages creates collars and cuffs up to a maximum of 36" x 2. Using two carriages in tandem creates one piece up to a maximum of 70" x 1.
Easy to thread top yarn tension device with knot prevention.

Yarn carriers : Each carriage controls 6 durable high quality alloy yam carriers that work on a three rail feeder system. Maximum of 12 colors are for two carriages. Plaiting carriers are available upon request.
Cam system :Three cam tech. system per carn plate containing knit, tuck and welt. This carn system uses low butt and high butt needles and jacks to create a variety of knitted fabric structures.
Knitting speed: Depending to various yam and tension conditions, the maximum knitting speed is 102m/sec.
Stitch density : Stepping motor controls 0 - 99 levels for extreme precision stitch control.
Racking needle bed system: Nine needle bed positions driven by AC motor control. Full and half needle positions to the left and right.
Fabric take down:AC motor controls multi-roller system
Transmission system: Belt driven transmission system.
Emergency stop buttons: Two buttons in easily accessible locations for emergency stop during operation. Operating light : Interior and take down light illuminate the working area.
Stop motions : for broken yarn, yam knots, broken needle, yam tension, fabric drops, shock detection, wrong carriage position, abnormal racking, machine overload, wrong programming, or other abnormalities. Top tensions : easy to thread top yam tension device with knot prevention.
Computer control system : Color LCD display for convenient control and programming. Yam stitch meter check is available.
